There are several makes of ribbons cutters and they all pretty much do the same job.You may have seen Paul using the fmm ribbon cutter in some of the tutorials like this:

You’ll also have seen Paul using fondant strip cutters like this:

Paul also uses an expandable five wheel dough cutter. These can be purchased online at various prices. To see them google ‘five wheel expandable dough cutter’. This cutter is great for cutting lots of different widths and lengths.
All the cutters are good it just depends what you want to use them for. I’ve got them all yet still revert back to good old ruler and blade. They do save time though. Hope you can find one which suits you!
