Hi I’m enjoying the videos but cant seem to see the other half of the round bow cake? Can you please help?

There seems to be a some problems with a few of the tutorials. Try changing your browser or restarting it, sometimes that works. I view in Firefox and haven’t had any of the problems experienced by other members. Hope this helps and you can start viewing the other half. x

Thanks for letting us know. This course should have 7 lessons in a play list. Are you seeing the play list ok? What do you mean by 1 half missing. Do you mean the last few videos or are you having problem with the video playing.

We are working on solving these issues as best as we can. We are going to trial another video provider and see if there are less problems with it.

We hope to have a test course up by tomorrow with a new layout as well.

No not seeing any playlist besides the first video.

Hi Sabaj,

Ah ok it sound like you are only spotting the preview video. Is it one with music all the way through and no talking, about 30 seconds long?

There is tab above it called “course lessons” the playlist is in there. The new layout we are testing tomorrow makes this much better as alot of people have this problem at first.

Let me know if that go it?

I’ve seen the preview and also the video up until the ganaching. No other videos under the course lesson tab.

If you put your mouse the the right hand side of the video does it show thumbnails of all the other videos?
