Hello,

I noticed when you are getting ready to place the cake on top of the other that you do not use cardboard circles. Maybe you do I just didnt see it. Do you use them? If you do not how do you know if the dowel is in correct.

Paul does use cake cards under the cake. He decorates on a drum then releases the card which the cake is sitting on from the drum with his palette knife and stacks.
