Hi neha28

Real royal icing is made with egg white and makes a very strong medium used for icing cakes and making intricate decorations. Royal icing sugar contains meringue powder, it isn’t as strong but is perfectly fine for making decorations for cookies.
Just follow the instructions on the packet.

Hi, neha28 I used Royal icing sugar today to decorate a tennis racket and pipe grass, it was absolutely fine. Good luck.
