I’m looking to buy a Large silicon mat for rolling out my sugarpaste. Can anyone recommend a good one?

I use the brand Silpat, it’s the professional’s choice and brilliant.

For other brands, google search ‘silicone roll out mat’. Some mats with measurement markings are not so good as the markings come off in due time and often into the food that is being rolled out! I don’t like knocking anyone’s products, however, I found the Kitchen Craft mats unsuitable for heavy-duty work. Hope you find one that suits you. 🙂
