Merry Christmas!! If you go to the free/beginners section in the tutorial library and scroll down to the Round Bow Cake, Paul shows how to split, level and fill a cakes. There is also a tutorial on how to cover a cake with fondant and another how to sucessfully decorate with butter cream. Hope this helps.
