Trouble viewing

Hi,is anybody else with pro membership having trouble viewing the courses? Some are fine and full length videos, others are just the first step video and some are just the free minute and a half long video. Been like this for a week now and I’m starting to feel disappointed and slightly ripped off. Any help greatly appreciated

Hi Nind81

If you contact [email protected]. he will sort out the problem. Try also viewing in a different browser that sometimes helps. There is also a help section in contact tab at the top of this page.

Matt here! I’m really sorry you’re having trouble viewing some of the videos, we weren’t aware of any problems with the Pro membership. We of course want to get this corrected straight away so that you can resume viewing the courses.
