Hi unsure of fondant quantities on a round cake 10 x 8 inch deep can anybody advise please

Do I understand this correctly ….. you have a 10″ cake which is 8″ deep? The following calculation is for paste rolled out to 3mm thickness 1.5k. However if you are rolling out thicker you’ll need more. Use the guide chart in the following blog for thicker quantities:

At the foot of the chart there is instruction on how to calculate for thicker quantities
