videos not playing

I have premium membership and I am unable to run any of the videos even those for free. I have had this problem for a while. Previously I had no problems at all. Can you help. There is no point me have the membership if I cannot access the videos

Hi…i had some trouble with the videos starting and stopping and not fast forwarding. I found if i made the video full screen it solved the problem.

Hi again i’m having trouble with the free videos now too! Haven’t tried the other tutorials yet.

Hi I have solved my problem now. I use avira antivirus and it was blocking trackers hence it would not allow video to play.
Check on your tool bar that trackers are not blocked
