Hi, I can only get medium eggs so thought if I weigh them for Paul’s chocolate cake would it still work?

It would still work, supermarket large eggs weigh about 65 -67g in their shells and some farm eggs like the ones I get weigh between 70 – 75g. Weigh your medium eggs to get the weight of the amount you’d need for the recipe.
