What size cake
I’ve been asked to make a cake for a retirement party to cater for approximately 100 people. It needs to be a single tier and I usually like to do 3 layers of sponge as I think it looks better when sliced. Can anyone offer a suggestion as to what size I need to bake either square or rectangle. Thanks guys.
