Hi, probably jumping the gun a bit here, but could we have written instructions for elements of this cake. I haven’t tempered chocolate before so would be good to have a written note of temperatures I am aiming to bring the chocolate up and then down to. Thanks :o)

In the ingredients and tools list there is a message saying the relevant information will be added soon. If you play the video back and forth you”ll be able to jot down the tempering temperatures to give yourself a head start.
