If you google cake decorating supplies in Australia lots of sites will come up for you. Target used to carry just about everything under one roof so perhaps they may have the battery operated lights. For the clear baubles google clear Christmas baubles or clear glass baubles and I’m sure you will get some where local in your State. Hope this helps.
