Hi,

I’ve been using the wrights cake mixes and found them very good, does anyone have any idea how many I would need for a 10×8 rectangle cake tin (I’d guess about 2) and how long that would take to bake?

I bake the Wrights madeira When using two bags I check the cake after I hour because it is usually set up by then which gives me an idea when it will be ready. If you want accurate timing give the company a phone call, they answer straight away and are very helpful. x
