Use the 10″ square pan as the size to scale down from. The recipe bakes at 150c conventional oven or 130c fan oven. All ovens are different, baking temperature is only a guide. Half the recipe will probably take approximately 1 hr 20 minute for round and slightly longer for square. You’d need to keep any eye on it, don’t be tempted to open the open door.
