It’s Showtime – Cake International at the NEC – 3rd to 5th November 2017
Cake International is the number-one destination for anyone with serious cake-related wanderlust.
This is where cake decorators, sugarcrafters and bakers gather to share new discoveries and creations, to keep learning and developing new skills that collectively allow the art of cake decorating to flourish and grow.
This is home to the world’s largest most prestigious career-making cake competition. Designs and creations push the boundaries of what can be achieved with edible mediums.
Join in the excitement with Paul as he hosts the Cake International Theatre from 2pm Saturday, grab your opportunity to speak to Paul on his stand H01 and see the amazing PBSS student display “Four Seasons In A Day” in the colleges and groups display area.
We all have our cake heroes, and, Karen Portaleo, the iconic cake and chocolate sculptor, is one of Paul’s! Karen is joining Daniel Diéguez as he returns to Cake International with his installation series – Chocolate Magic. Karen and Daniel will be live sculpting Saturday and Sunday, creating a cake and chocolate display and you can drop in for a taste on Sunday from 4.30pm! So you even get to taste the magic too.
